类型：伞型系列，固定式重负荷
Type: Bull nose centers,Dead head heavy du🔯ty centers

适 用：CNC数控 数控车床、绕城高速数控 数控车床试述他数控。 Application: CNC lathe and high speed lathe or other machine tool. 用 途：符合大直径轴心重能力钻削生产制作。 Working Usage: Applicable for big size inner diameter workpiece stong turning process. 结 构：前额应用铝合金刚材，经热处置，内、外考虑制做，滚动轴承採用引力型方案製成。 Structure: Adopted alloy steel, hardened and ground on inner and outside,heavy duty bearing. 配 件：Y型扳子 Accessories: Y type spanner.


检则著名的尖部抖动准确度时，一定在著名顶紧镗孔的动态下采取打表。 Inspecting the run out accuracy of the center tip must be under the status of holding the workbar tightly.

本顶针指定使用SKF-LGMT2专用润滑油，请勿使用其他不同成分之润滑油。
产品型号中有“A”的表示顶针有附螺帽
径向力数据参考：加工件重量+车削力量
配件中的顶针子，型号有“A”的为加长型顶针子。
轴向力据参考：尾座油压压力数据
非标需求可定制

Remarks
1,For the lubricating oil,SKF-LGMT2 is designated,others aren't allowed
2,if "A" is behind the center model name,it denotes a draw-off nut attached.
3,About radial force data, please refer to workpiece weight and machining force.
4,if "A" is behind the center interchangeable tip name,it denotes the tip is extended length.
5,About axial force data, please refer to the hydraulic pressure data of the tailstock.
6,For live centers, SKF lubricating oil is designated, it is waterproof.
7,Customized order can be accepted.
